Each coaster is oiled with food safe Danish oil before shipping for protection - it is recommended you oil them every 6 months to preserve them during use.
This is a handmade natural item so be aware that imperfections in wood is perfectly normal and slight variations may occur as this was not made by a machine.
Each coast is approximately 9cm round which should be large enough for the average mug.
