Once purchased the maximum processing time for orders is 3-5 business days EXCLUDING custom orders. Usually it is between 1-2 days for me to fully process and ship orders, however during busy periods this time can extend slightly. Custom orders I aim to process within a week of AGREEMENT on design. You will have the same processing time initially of 3-5 business days during which I will contact you to confirm an designs. I will draw the designs up for you and only once designs are 100% agreed will I begin making the order. You will be kept informed throughout.

Yes! I ship all over the world. For orders over a certain value insured postage will be added to your order. Please be aware that you are responsible for any custom charges in your particular region, however, if it is a gift please do inform.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact me within: 14 days of delivery Send items back within: 30 days of delivery. If you are sending back an item because you no longer want it please ship it back with care, please make sure you use the appropriate level of cover if item is of high value. Items returned damaged due to negligence through no fault of postal services will NOT be refunded. All the materials I use are responsibly sourced, occasionally vintage fabrics, reused or reclaimed wood.
